DOH has released a free of charge emergency hotlines for any COVID-19 inquiries, Wednesday, and is open 24/7 for every Filipino.
In partnership with the National Emergency Hotline of the DILG, and PLDT and its wireless subsidiary Smart Communications Inc., subscribers can access the hotline number 1555 for free, meanwhile from other networks, 1555 would be used once technical adjustments are completed.
Callers can also dial 02-894-COVID (02-894-26843) about seeking guidance and assistance if suspected symptoms of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) occur.
COVID-19 Emergency Operations Center will be held responsible for immediate response of facilitation and quarantine with the information gathered from emergency calls also through the help of other agencies.
These emergency hotlines are open 24/7 to assure every Filipinos that the government is vigilant and active to help the citizens over the crucial time of the disease.
