KPop Idols Express Their Concerns to the Victims of Taal Volcano Eruption

Amid reports on the elevating issues regarding the Taal Volcano Eruption on Sunday, January 12, Super Junior member and UNICEF East Asia Pacific Ambassador, Siwon tweets his prayers for the victims of Taal Volcano eruption.

“My prayer goes out to the children and the elderly and infirm of the Philippines. I hope no one is seriously hurt from the volcanic eruptions and the earthquakes,” the K-pop idol’s tweet reads.

Infinite member, L (Kim Myungsoo) posted a message on his Instagram account thanking his fans for a successful fanmeeting in Manila which happened on the same day as the volcano erupts.

I would like to thank all the fans who came to the fanmeeting tonight.

He then, wished for the safety of Filipinos, and hopes that no one gets hurt.

Due to the eruption of a volcano near Manila, I hope that no one will be affected by this calamity.

With the developing news of the calamity, one ARMY (fans of KPop group, BTS) asked the rest of the fandom to pray together for the country and to the victims of the eruption.

The government has now declared a “complete evacuation” within the vicinity near the volcano. People around the world are praying for the safety of the victims of the Taal Volcano eruption.
